Love Good apprentices are young adults from around the world who spend nine months living in community as they engage in personal and professional development rooted in prayer and accompaniment. Their entire year is built upon growing in faith, building authentic culture, and mentoring young people with excellence.

While laying a foundation and launching point for the rest of their lives, the apprenticeship year also gives them the opportunity to become the hands and feet of our growing movement as they cultivate what we call the art of being human and allow God to make a masterpiece of their lives. Dr. Marsha Wharton, School Principal

It's tough to find good role models for today's youth.  The Love Good apprentices are such a positive influence on our students and demonstrate the faith, support, and fun that they need at this time in their lives.

Danny Snyder, Fraternus National Sage

These young men are the finest of examples to our brotherhood; they are more than we could have asked for. To have them come and share at this stage of their life – that is a thing of beauty.

Patti Deffendall, Youth Minister

The Love Good apprentices have been amazing! Their genuine love of Jesus Christ combined with their joyful energy and interest in our youth create a contagious excitement at Life Teen. They bless our parish not only today but far into the spiritual future of our teens.

Constantly striving for a “radical life of extra-ordinariness,” Austin Smith is so excited for this year as a Love Good apprentice. He is hoping to use this time for discernment, prayer, and brotherhood, and will probably be eating a lot of cereal (simply because he can’t get enough of it).

PATRON SAINT: St. Michael the Archangel

FAVORITE SCRIPTURE: Though he was in the form of God, he did not regard equality with God something to be grasped. Rather he emptied himself, taking the form of a slave, coming in human likeness and found human in appearance, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to death, even death on a cross. // Philippians 2:6-8

FAVORITE QUOTE: When you are who you are called to be, you will set the world on fire. // St. Catherine of Siena

If you need a one-man band, Cameron is your guy! Hailing from the great state of Ohio, Cameron has been homeschooled for most of his life and has taught himself five instruments with the hope of adding a few more. He loves his family and the color green.

PATRON SAINT: St. Luke the Evangelist

FAVORITE SCRIPTURE: I have come to set the earth on fire, and how I wish it were already blazing! // Luke 12:49

FAVORITE QUOTE: The universe is so vast and so ageless that the life of one man can only be justified by the measure of his sacrifice. // Officer Vivian Rosewarne

We may have our own personal mechanic with Stephen joining the Love Good team. He loves anything that has an engine but can also be found hiking, enjoying the outdoors, or cultivating his skill as an avid marksman. Stephen is heading into this year with an open heart and an open mind, allowing God to work in his life as He chooses.

FAVORITE SCRIPTURE: So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. Everyone who acknowledges me before others I will acknowledge before my heavenly Father. But whoever denies me before others, I will deny before my heavenly Father. // Matthew 10:31-33

FAVORITE QUOTE: Just because my path is different doesn’t mean I’m lost. // Gerard Abrams
